Return & Refund Policy

At Zoomie Buds™, we want every order to arrive safely and correctly. Refunds or re-delivery may be offered only in the following situations:

Eligible for refund or re-delivery:

  1. Wrong item received If we sent the wrong product, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item received.
  2. Lost package If the tracking information has not been updated for more than 15 days, the package may be considered lost and eligible for refund or re-delivery.
  3. Damaged package If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the damage.

Not eligible for refund or re-delivery:

  1. Customer no longer wants the product Refunds are not available if the customer simply does not like the product after receiving it.
  2. Cancellation after shipping Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  3. Incorrect address or failed delivery We are not responsible for failed delivery if the recipient cannot be contacted, the address is incorrect, or the package arrives at the destination but cannot be delivered.
  4. Remote areas, islands, or restricted regions Orders shipped to remote countries, islands, or certain regions may not be eligible for refund or re-delivery due to shipping limitations.
